I am a skilled and direct communicator and act as Team Vision 2020's Conductor/Scientist. I am highly organized, and help to provide a logical structure to our planned outputs.

I ensure that we are following the most appropriate plan for execution of our ideas and that our skills are properly aligned with tasks to be completed and all are clear on those tasks

As the Explorer/Innovator for Team Vision 2020, I have been able to expand on our project idea to help align our mission to our project.

Actively listening to everyone has given me the ability to suggest different and innovative approaches to our critical tasks.

Jessica

I am Team Vision 2020's Crusader & Curator. I focus on keeping the team on track, providing a mix of "functional" and "psychological" support.

I encouraging group perspectives which allow for collective insight and learning as we deliver on our goals.

As Team Vision 2020's Coach I strive to sustain a positive atmosphere by looking after the welfare of team members, maintaining harmony and providing motivation and guidance on overall task completion.

I assist with website editing and management as I help to bring our site design and content to fruition.
